The Ministers who keep coming to you every now and then, and wasting your time on matters that concern you least, have been harping on the same tune. I have named them "good for nothings". They get no respect whatsoever. Even Government officials don't respect them. And why should they when Ministers are appointed on the recommendations of Commissioners?
